Company introduction Dalian Tongtai Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was established in Dec. 2014, from taking over Jinzhou Auto Parts Factory, a company with a history of about 50 years. Dalian Tongtai is a private company, specialized in the manufacturing of automobile parts, including exhaust systems, i.e. mufflers and components, non-exhaust systems, i.e. shock absorbers and components, stamping parts, tooling and after service products. The company has been relocated to the automotive electronics park of Jinzhou economic development zone in Oct. 2017, covering a space of 50,000 square meters, with around 300 people – employees - and 300 million RMB of total assets, with one subsidiary in Chengdu and one branch company in Baoding. The company has 6 different production cells, including stamping cells, tube processing cell, muffler cell and welding cell, tooling cell and after service products cell, with over 400 pieces of advanced equipment. With its diversified and advanced software and hardware, the company now ranks top among the companies in the industry in the province. The company has introduced over dozens of series with over 300 kinds of products, supplying for car models from BMW, Benz, Audi, VW, GM, Ford, Great Wall, Brilliance and Borgward. The annual output has reached 5 million sets for mufflers, shock absorbers and accessories, 4.5 million sets for stamping parts, 2000 sets for tooling, and over 10,000 sets of after service products, such as ATF oil change machines and so on. Starting from 2008, the company has passed the certification of TS/IATF:16949 quality system and EHS (environment & occupational health and safety management system). The company has also passed the qualification of New Hi-Tech Enterprise of Dalian, with its advanced testing and inspection equipment and well developed engineering team.
