There are over 260 pieces of equipment at the company, including stamping presses, muffler manufacturing machines, rolling machine, imported 3-stack CNC tube benders, tool-making machines, CNC machining center and so on, mainly for the manufacturing of mufflers, shock absorbers, stamping parts, rolled parts, machined parts and dies. Other remarkable points: there are varieties of stamping presses at the company, with punching machines with a maximum blanking force of 400 tons, dual-movement hydraulic presses with capacity of 500/800 tons, and a draw depth up to 160-180mm, applicable for steel blanks with thickness ranging from 0.4 to 3.0mm. All these have ensured that the company can produce as customers specify and meet the various requirements of the customers.
